Refund Policy

Effective 6 September 2026

Ask within 30 days of purchase and you get the full amount back. No reason needed.

1. Your right to cancel

By law you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days. You can open and use the lessons during those 30 days. That does not cost you the right to cancel.

Days 15 to 30 are our own promise, on top of the law. We may refuse them to someone who buys, finishes and refunds course after course, or who has broken the terms of service. Your legal 14 days always stand.

2. How to ask

Email support@ambercourse.com from the address you bought with and name the course. A plain email saying you want to cancel is enough. You can also copy the form below into the email and fill it in.

We confirm by email. The money goes back to the way you paid within 14 days of your message, tax included. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. The course closes when the refund is made.

3. After 30 days

After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. Two cases are not: if a lesson does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or if the law forces us to take a lesson down and we cannot replace it, you get your money back for that course whenever it happens.
